These Terms and Conditions of Use define the rules for accessing and using the Epilog mobile application. By accessing the application, the user acknowledges having read these terms and accepts them.

1. Publisher

The application is published by FIT MASS FORMATIONS, SARL registered in the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 912 845 534. Registered office: 45 quai Docteur Gailleton, 69002 Lyon, France. Contact: support@epilog.fit.

2. Purpose

Epilog offers features under a freemium model with limited free access and paid access to advanced features.

3. Access

The application requires a compatible device with an internet connection. The publisher reserves the right to suspend access for maintenance or updates.

4. Account Creation

The user must provide a valid email address and a phone number, and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

5. Use

The user undertakes to use the application lawfully, in compliance with the law and these Terms. Fraudulent uses, unauthorized access, and interference are prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

The Epilog application, its content, features, texts, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software elements are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Liability

The application is provided "as is". The publisher offers no warranty against errors or interruptions.

8. Termination

The user may delete their account at any time. The publisher may suspend an account in case of violation.

9. Modification

FIT MASS FORMATIONS may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
